Wear a daffodil this March

Marie Curie...if you've been affected by cancer in your life you'll no doubt have bumped into this amazing charity. Marie Curie nurses provide care to terminally ill patients -  but more than that, they are a much needed lifeline for the carers of those suffering with cancer.

When you can't figure out how to get through the next hour, when you know your world might fall apart any second, and when you've just about given up, the Marie Curie nurses will appear and...smile.  They are unfathomably positive, helpful and kind.  Exactly what you need.

So last Saturday I joined the hundreds of other Marie Curie volunteers, donned this rather fetching hat and helped to spread the Marie Curie love.  I met so many wonderful people who shared their stories so if you were one of those people, thank you. x

  1. That is indeed a very fetching hat. Good on you for going out and volunteering for such an amazing charity (or at all!) x

Thanks so much for taking the time to comment.

Big love,
